Great app for trading & fantastic support

I have had nothing but great experience with the app. Only when I needed to close Investment account I realized I was not able to do it myself through the app but the Customer Service Team jumped in to help right away - special kudos to Kashyap who supported my case.

Easy to use for beginners

It’s good I’ve been using for a year now

High fees

3 years using this application. I deposit monthly after that I found my self lose a lot of money on monthly fees and bank deposits.withdrawal fees. It eat most of my revenue. After that I decided to withdraw all my money because of that.

No US Citizens :(

I was so excited to get started but turns out US citizens can’t be onboarded yet! Any news of when that will happen? I honestly want to get started in investing ASAP and i loved everything about the user interface and simplicity of Sarwa but can’t move forward 😫💔

Hidden fees

The idea is not bad but I have to say this you will pay fees every time you make a deposit. So for example if you are planning to do 1500 $ monthly expect 50$ correspondent bank fees yes 50 dollars!. Their response to this is to pool several transfers together so it gets cheaper, it’s funny because it’s against dollar cost averaging passive investing strategy they are promoting.
