This app has the best customer experience I have come across. The ease of use is almost incomprehensible. Everything gets done quickly and smoothly; the app is meticulously designed, deliberate, simple, and leaves a distinct emotional imprint with its UX. The experience has been so good that I cancelled the account I opened with another prestigious (one of the largest and most reputable) banks in the UAE. Hats off to the Wio team! They really nailed it.

The to-do boxes are very annoying if you are not interested in them. You should be able to at least remove the boxes or hide them. Make this possible and you get 5 stars.

Made a mistake on the payment, wrote to care system many times through WhatsApp and email - no answers for days! Not even a reply. Very cool app, but awful client service :((

I have been trying to reach customer support on WhatsApp and your Phone number for 2 days and nobody responds or answers the phone. How is this possible? How are you expecting me to feel safe using this bank when there is no way to communicate with you???? I’m bewildered as to what is going on.

This is an excellent world class banking app. The best I’ve ever experienced in any country and miles ahead of anything in the UAE. It’s easy to use and intuitive, looks great visually and performs well with no crashes or slowdowns. Kudos to the team. Sure there is still a lot to improve and add in terms of features but this is a great start. Few suggestions. Use in app notifications instead of sms for transactions and OTPs. Have an easy way to leave messages and requests to customer service in app. Also to send feedback.

When we start the app, after face id verification it takes a minimum 40 seconds to reach to home screen of wio which is alot of time. I am using 15 pro on a Du 5G network, so i am sure it is something with the app. Rest otherwise great app and UI/UX.

First of all, you are amazing. Creating debit card within 5 minutes and then immediately getting 5% per year is WOW. Credit card with a few taps WOW x 2. Virtual cards - WOW x 3. I just have a couple requests as a budgeting nerd: 1. Allow changing category. It is not always accurate. Especially if you buy different things at Amazon 2. Allow downloading transactions history. I want analyze it myself Thank you & all the best 🙌
