Trading Fees Are Too High
0.25% commission per trade is too high, when other brokers have 0 commissions. I have spent more than $600 on commissions in 6 months!!
Insanely long withdrawal time
It’s so frustrating that it takes 1 week to withdraw the money. Makes it very impractical compared to competitors like Wio.

Bad customer service / Bad platform
This guys don’t exist, so the user don’t exist. When one faces a problem, it is problem with the fate of the user, as getting it resolved is get impossible. And whatever loss you may make during this technical issue with the app, it is user’s problem. There are better apps with real people to talk to and resolve issue.
Bad app don’t invest with them
So bad, im not able to withdraw my money.. very poor support even though i have sent them email and contacted the support team
