Worst airline
Customer service very poor, they don’t even know how to fix problems . I came from London to Jeddah with transit Riyadh 3 hrs but when I arrived in Riyadh airport the immigration system was down. They fixed it after 5 hours during this time I missed my flight. Although they gave me tickets to Jeddah but it too late then I missed my train which is from Jeddah to Madinah and I didn’t receive my luggage. In Jeddah airport I ask baggage service where is luggage they said they don’t know nothing. Even then behaviour so rude they don’t want to talk. After requesting to know where is luggage, one of them he come 9 o’clock evening. I was waiting hole day but I didn’t receive any response from them. Then I brought new ticket for Madinah and we arrived Madinah at 12 o’clock midnight without luggage’s. I received my luggage after 3 days and my luggage one of was broken by them. Because of Riyadh immigration system was down I missed my transit flight so they cancelled my return flight. I called them so many times and explained that I didn’t cancel. Customer service is too poor and very rude OMG I will never travel with Saudi airlines.
