It says it is free with in app purchases, but to access or send your documents it forces you to have to pay to view, email, airdrop etc… so holds your documents for ransom (blackmail). I am glad I will have the original documents as only scanned them 2 hours previously to use an alternative method. Shocking
The app doesn’t work at all and whenever I trying to convert image to pdf the size of the image is disproportionately affected,the size adjustment option doesn’t work and all images size become different/disproportionate every time I tried to adjust the image size:(too disappointing)
The app itself supposedly does what it says, however right at the end of the process you hit an unexpected paywall. Also ‘scanning’ my passport just produced an iPhone photo of my passport, not made flat and clear like the document format I was expecting. Just photograph your documents and edit them on the iPhone photo/camera app.
I have downloaded the app, took about 30 scans and then when about to send them, surprise, the app is not free. Shouldn’t this be known before downloading the app? Waste of time.
I signed up to an initial £2.45 a week just to try out the app, then after 3 weeks found they were taking £9.99 a week! When I tried to cancel my subscription on the app, got a message saying they cannot do it and I need to contact the Apple App Store to cancel, which I did. Be careful and check how much they are deducting if you sign up, as they conned me out of about £40 for 4 weeks use!
Why ?
After I scan a document hoping I would be able to export in a low res format it kept on taking me to the premium page. After trying to get any kind of info on google I can to the reviews to find that you MUST PAY to be able export any documents. I saw no information about this and find it very misleading especially as Apple is enforcing this app. Not to mention after one week it’s £9.99 the app is not usable until you get premium so it might as well be advertised as a purchasable app NOT FREE.

I want cancel my subscription
Not straightforward when wanting to cancel the subscription. In the app there is an option to “cancel subscription” when you follow it through it then advises you that you can’t action the cancellation from the app you have to go to the “App Store” So not very clear at all. Time will tell when I next see my apple bill!?
