Keep asking update, no reason and not a better version than the previous one. I’m moving and travelling to the other country. Changed phone or number, it’s mean this application wasn’t work anymore...and really difficult to work out including hard to communication or arranging by online, compare to the other bank. You need to travel back to Thailand, just for arrange this

เป็นแอพที่เปลี่ยนอะไรไม่ได้เลย มาอยู่ต่างประเทศเปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่ เบอร์ใหม่ ก็ใช้แอพไม่ได้แล้ว โทรหา call center ก็บอกว่าต้องกลับไทยเท่านั้น ห่วยแตกค่ะ ทีของธนาคารอื่นแค่โทรไปตอบคำถามยืนยันตัวตนต่างๆเค้าก็เปลี่ยนเบอร์ให้แล้ว ทีแอพนี้กลับทำอะไรไม่ได้ซักอย่าง พัฒนาบ้างนะคะ

I live overseas and been having this app since I was in Thailand. Once I changed my phone (transferred all apps from prev phone to new phone) it forces you to re log in which is usual. The app then recognised that your new phone is outside of Thailand and won’t let you to register or access with your current username and details. Very inconvenient!

This version keeps crashing forever

This new version is very slow. While opening it takes longer time and most of the time it shows timeout error. Older version was better, atleast it works. I had to use web version because I can't make any transactions. Worst experience on this app till now.

ไม่เคยมีปัญหาในการใส่รหัสผ่านก่อนอัพเดทเป็นเวอร์ชั่นตัวใหม่ แต่พออัพเดทแล้วปรากฎว่ารหัสผ่านเดิมใช้ไม่ได้แล้ว สงสัยว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร?
