Couldn’t even login from abroad
All the negative reviews already described. I don’t want to reiterate but this app is a fresh junk.
Bad but not the worst I have ever seen
Anyway this app; it can’t even functioning properly on a simply login. And the worst is if you change your phone or just delete app and reinstall it on same phone, you will need to visit their bank to re-validate yourself again. And I am not even talking about their sloppy customer services that only use a copied phrase to help you out. This app should better be left to die....
Stupid application that does not support eKYC.
It's totally useless. There is no ID authentication system for foreigners.

ใช้ง่ายที่สุดและเสถียรสุดในบรรดาแอพธนาคารทั้งหมดแล้ว อยากให้ปรับขนาดตัวอักษรได้หน่อย คนสูงวัยมองไม่ค่อยเห็นค่ะ Just for youที่ทำขึ้นมาใหม่ยังดูงงๆอยู่ เหมือนจะสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายให้ แต่ตรงโอนเงินออกยังคิดเป็ยรายจ่ายอย่างเดียวอยู่เลย น่าจะให้ตั้งค่าได้มากกว่านี้หน่อย

แอพเข้าระบบไม่ได้ ให้ยืนยันข้อมูลส่วนตัว กรอกจิ้มถูกต้องทุกอย่างเป็นล้านๆรอบได้ ขึ้นแต่ว่า”ข้อมูลที่ป้อนผิดพลาด”!? ผิดตรงไหนดูแล้วดูอีกทุกรอบ กดยังไงก็เข้าระบบไม่ได้เลยในแอพ ทั้งที่ก่อนหน้านี้4~5เดือนก่อนใช้การได้ปกติและดีด้วย จนตอนนี้ต้องย้ายไปใช้บริการของธนาคารอื่น!!!
