These locks feature built-in WiFi so you don’t need to purchase additional hubs or accessories for remote access of your lock. When a lock is paired to your smartphone and connected to your home’s WiFi network, conveniently use the Schlage Home app to:

- Manage up to 100 unique access codes per lock

I had the lock working for over 1 year and now I can no longer connect my Schlage SENSE to the home app (HomeKit).
Nada funciona direito
Já tenho essa fechadura a uns 3 anos e nada funciona direito. O software é muito muito ruim. O que mais me impressiona é que atualizam o software e nada muda. Sempre que estou perto da fechadura para conectar demora muito e só conectar quando quer. Uso iPhone, caso isso importe. Não recomendo, devem ter opções bem mais modernas!
Technical support does not contact
I'm having trouble adding the lock to the iPhone's Home app with the code in the user manual. Does not recognize. And the Schlage Home app doesn't find the lock. Please help me. I really want to be able to use my lock.
Péssimo App
Needs big improvements. Connecting to the lock never works. Update the lock's software doesn't seem to be possible using the app.
Many issues - Muitos problemas
I have been trying to update firmware by the mobile app but anything went well. This device does not update the firmware and can not be accessible in the HomeKit system. All the times I tried to make it, the system returned a successful update message, but when I checked the system it was same version yet. - Eu estava tentando fazer a atualização de firmware pelo celular mas nada funcionou. Este aparelho não atualiza e por isso não fica acessível pelo sistema HomeKit. Todas as vezes que eu tentei atualizar o sistema retornava a mensagem de sucesso, mas quando eu conferia a versão nada havia feito.
Muito confuso na instalação mas tenho uma dica
Toda vez que troco de iPhone, tenho problemas para configurar a porta novamente. Infelizmente não puxa automaticamente do backup. A melhor forma de configura é pelo “home” (ou “casa”) app original do iPhone. Depois de inserir a fechadura por lá, daí sim baixe esse App. Se o “home” estiver bugado, faça um log off do iCloud e log no novamente. Se ainda assim não for, faça log-off de todos os dispositivos ipad e inclusive dos AppleTVs.
It’s not fast in iOS 11 as it was in iOS 9.
History takes loooong time to show info... Had a hard time to find an iOS 9.3.3 to update firmware (after long research to find out why my iPhone 7 with iOS 11.0.3 can’t do it). Customer care doesn’t really care.
