App won’t connect with helmet. Overall system a giant expensive disappointment
The App straight up won’t connect with my helmet / SC1A. Very frustrating. Premium product? Don’t make me laugh. After spending $1,100 (Canadian) on the helmet, and another $550 on the SC1A comms and remote handlebar controller, I am left with something that is still about the level of a $200 Korean helmet (except with considerably less ventilation - this helmet is hot as hell, and provides virtually no ventilation. And I’m in Canada - I can’t imagine wearing this hotbox somewhere like Texas or Arizona). I can connect the phone, and listen to music (barely; the max volume is barely audible on the highway, but since I can’t connect the app to adjust the volume boost setting, I’m stuck with that). The only value the App gives me is providing the full manual (which aren’t in the box with the items). But the manual basically tells about all the settings I can’t adjust, since I can’t connect the helmet to the app. Overall, the Schuberth products I have now invested in are one of the worst value-for-money I have spent in motorcycle related gear. Should have just bought another Shoei and strapped a Sena 30 to it, and then gone on a holiday with the $700+ I would have saved.

App is not working anymore. I guess we have to wait for the ios 13 compatibility update
