Music will not play
New unit, finished set up and everything worked. Have used it a few times and today when wanting to listen to music it will not play. Radio works intercom works. No music. Frustrated!!

Worked the first few times now it never connects to the app, connected to my phone fine but not the app. Please fix this issue
Have to disconnect to listen to music
bluetooth music is not working when first connect. Have to disconnect blue tooth then reconnect to make it work.

Very disappointed
Had this unit (Packtalk Neo Duo) for one day and I’m really disappointed in how clunky it is to get sorted out. I just can’t get it to work continuously. It keeps dropping the connection to the phone and then immediately reconnecting while I’m sitting on my couch right next to the helmet. As for pairing the two helmets in the group - haha, that’s a joke to keep it connected all the time! I can’t be dicking around with this thing while I’m riding!!
