First of all the maps isn't working in right direction . The places on scoober map is always wrong and we need to use google maps. Second thing which is very important to include a chat tab for clients as most of the clients are foreigners with foreign contact numbers and we are unable to call them resulting sufficient delays in delivering . If there is a chat tab we will be able to write to then that we are waiting outside. Thanks
iIt falls short of respecting privacy norms as per Apple and European standards. One major issue is that it continuously requires location services to be active. Even when the app is closed, it keeps running in the background, leading to significant battery drain. Moreover, the iPhone setting “While Using the App” is ineffective with this application. Despite selecting this option, the app still needs to access location data at all times in order to work even when the App is open, making this feature utterly useless. This lack of control over privacy settings is troubling. Given these concerns, I’m considering taking additional precautions and will be investigating further into this matter. I hope the developers address these serious issues promptly to ensure user privacy and improve the overall functionality of the app
A parte le problematiche che hanno citato i colleghi, c’è un problema che non so se è comune anche ad altri. Scoober occupa un sacco di spazio, intendo anche oltre 60/70gb. Ho due iPhone 11 di cui uno pro e su entrambi ho lo stesso problema
Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento il consumo di dati è diventato insostenibile, siamo passati a 1GB al mese a più di 1GB a turno, nessuna offerta mobile ha così dati da poterci permettere di arrivare a fine mese con l’offerta. Fate qualcosa!!!!!!
App indecente per azienda immonda. Traccia la tua posizione anche ad app chiusa. Apple non dovrebbe permetterlo.
App migliorabile, gps certe volte di freeza e algoritmo ti geolalizza da un altra parte. Consumo delle batteria eccessivo. Mi rendo conto che deve accedere in continuazione alla posizione quando questa e attiva , ma prosciuga troppo la batteria. Consiglio come aggiunta all app la possibile di ingrandire il numero ordine così che si facilità la comunicazione al ristorante.
I don’t understand the fact that even tough Apple has many privacy security settings we are still forced to set the option “always” using our location instead of “while using the App”. It drains battery and honestly, I don’t feel safe and more importantly we have the options so why can’t we decide for ourselves. Whenever I want to set the option “While using the App” it says that the app doesn’t work properly. This is really a huge problem for a company as Apple. I’ve bought Apple for this exact motive. That in some sort of way I feel safer using sone apps. The settings like closing the camera access, microphone and so on makes iPhone outstanding. But unfortunately not always effective if some apps won’t let you use these options properly.
Da iOS 15.5 la telefona come d’incanto ha ripreso a funzionare. Per il resto ora l’applicazione in generale mi sembra più fluida. Ma ancora da migliore in alcune cose.
Quanto altro tempo deve passare per sistemare il bug che non permette a possessori Iphone di chiamare il cliente? Per il resto è buona anche se alle volte si bugga: indirizzi errati, non aggiorna la nuova consegna. Ma il più delle volte funziona
Innanzitutto non fà chiamare il cliente con apposito tasto!!! La mappa non fá vedere l’indirizzo del cliente!!! Totalmente insoddisfatto
