I cannot click finish pick up or finish delivery on the newest version of the app. The old one worked better and had a better layout. I liked how you can use navigation in the app and hate that now you have to go to google maps

It used to be simple and good. Then they updated it because?? I don’t know why. It’s really trash now. So many bugs and the battery drains my phone.

The old update is much better. This new update is very difficult.

Please add Waze. It’s easier for car drivers.

The new update makes everything a lot harder. When you select to use apple maps or google maps. Both apps copy the wrong house numbers and sometimes even complete different streets. I keep having to triple check the address. Scoober app did NOT improve from this update

De nieuwe update heeft de app zo veel slechter gemaakt. Als dit niet snel gefixt word neem ik ontslag. Het fijt dat ik per se 1 ster moet geven is al triest wat dat verdiend hij echt niet.

Lag and last update is a disaster, you get no information and sometimes just blocks. Waste of my time with this version.

Huge pop up when a new order comes in, forever there unless you press ok. Instead of a few seconds pop up goes away and you see the order. Location is 50/50 chance the marker is on the customers house/location. Might be a random street and you need live ops for such things aswell as phone numbers if you need to call the customer, very annoying. Live ops got numbers and locations right away, but as driver you need to waste minutes talking to them/food won’t get warmer. And some few things more. Overall a bad app for delivery.

- when pressed pickup it takes a minute for the restaurant window to disappear - when clicking on customer navigation, the initial it shows you the route of the restaurant navigation - you can click on ( send order to restaurant ) - often when you are at the restaurant it still shows you ( send order to restaurant ) i manually have to ask the dispatcher, and even then it takes 5min to trigger - notifications break almost every week - when you send a contact form you get the standard form, hey just reinstall the app. - sometimes it wont fetch deliver which means my fib will increase significantly I can barely work like this, If i then see graphical updates i just wonder what is important?
