- when pressed pickup it takes a minute for the restaurant window to disappear - when clicking on customer navigation, the initial it shows you the route of the restaurant navigation - you can click on ( send order to restaurant ) - often when you are at the restaurant it still shows you ( send order to restaurant ) i manually have to ask the dispatcher, and even then it takes 5min to trigger - notifications break almost every week - when you send a contact form you get the standard form, hey just reinstall the app. - sometimes it wont fetch deliver which means my fib will increase significantly I can barely work like this, If i then see graphical updates i just wonder what is important?

Sinds de nieuwe updates verbruikt de scoober app veel meer mb dan voorheen. Ik sluit mijn app tussendoor en gebruik maps ipv de scoober navigatie. Dan nog verbruik ik tussen de 400 en 600 mb per shift. Als je een minimum van 6 uur werkt kom ik dus al op een 4 gb gemiddeld uit. Ik wil heel graag meer werken, maar met een bundel van 10 gb die wij drivers ook zelf betalen, gaat dat niet. Ik heb het idee dat het verbruik vooral zit in het refreshen van de app, chatten met de live dispatcher en navigatie. Het zou heel fijn zijn als hiernaar gekeken wordt!

I am not going to point out all the disadvantages of the app because I am sure that many people have already done it. Instead, I would like to ask the developer to make us, users, able to change the notification sound. That would be a really nice feature, especially when the original notification sound is just super annoying.

it takes so much battery on my old iphone 7 i could only go for like a hour without charging it now on my iphone 11 i can maybe do 2/3 hours

Hi , the app is functioning really well in my opinion but there is this one thing that’s really getting on my (and my battery’s) nerve. The Scoober app retrieves my location even when I’m not working and that’s really annoying and in a work relationship it almost looks like stalking, so maybe you can update the app so it only retrieves your location while you’re working. Keep on with the good work, your Scoober driver

App is nice. You can find some suggestions of improvements. (I drive most of the time with the screen locked and the sound on for the GPS navigator) •as some drivers navigate with just the earphones (not looking at the screen), you could: 1- when arriving at the destination, the navigator could say the street and number, instead of “you’ve arrived at your destination” 2- when you got a new order, the app could instead of just beeping, say the name of the restaurant. •for not being necessary to unlock the screen 1- when arriving at the destination, put the street and the number in the notification in the locked screen. That way, you could quickly double check the address without opening the app 2- when you get a new order, instead of just beeping and the notification on the locked screen “you’ve got a new order”, the name of the restaurant or/and the address of the restaurant. •when I’m in the middle of a job, sometimes there’s a “new job” notification, and when I click “ok”, it goes away from my navigation from before. Not to mention that the “new job” is the one I’m currently doing. •sometimes it takes a while until I receive the beep and notification “new job” (I say it because sometimes I randomly open the app, and there’s already a new job there, but I didn’t receive any sound or pop-up before) Cheers!

Prima app voor wat ie doet. Maar een fijne optie zijn om het adres uit de orders direct te kunnen kopieren. Zodat je die in de app google maps kan plakken. Ook misschien de navigatieapp in scoober aanpassen dat deze altijd de fietsroute pak. Want volgens mij pakt deze standaard de autoroutes. Of een optie om de route direct in google maps te openen. Scheelt uiteindelijk weer tijd

When I’m doing a delivery and get a new job, I literally can’t see the map anymore because of the “You got a new job" alert. And if you click on OK it’ll take you the jobs screen when I NEED to have the map running to be able to cycle. Remove that annoying pop-up or make it a notification. So no need to block the whole user interface with alert.

op mijn iphone 6s opende scoober maps gewoon in de app maar met mij iphone xr gaat hij naar apple maps en daar kan ik alleen maar tussen auto of lopen kiezen

Please fix the navigation , give me back the option to select which map I’ll use
