Useless app
It’s unable to find my booking. Called the provided 1-800 number. The Seabourn agent said ‘oh yeah, it doesn’t do that. Never has’. Seems the app can’t really do much of anything unless you’re on a ship. Don’t waste your time with it.

It’s unable to find my booking. Called the provided 1-800 number. The Seabourn agent said ‘oh yeah, it doesn’t do that. Never has’. Seems the app can’t really do much of anything unless you’re on a ship. Don’t waste your time with it.
I have to redownload every time I try and use it. Reservations for dinner at Keller made on the app “disappear” and never get passed onto the ship. This has happened each time on past 3 cruises. I don’t think Seabourn ever hooked the reservations up to anything. What a totally useless piece of software, especially for a cruise line that thinks it’s high end.
Can't do anything that is listed as being possible. Called the 1-800 #. Totally useless help there. "Ah the app only works once you're onboard". Um, maybe read the app description or update it.

Just downloaded this update. It crashes every time I try to open it on my iPhone. Could be useful if it worked. Update: so, the solution was to delete the updated copy of the app and download a completely new copy from the App Store. Now it works and recognized me once I signed in. Navigation seems a little complicated but I’ll see how well it works over time.
