Great app but now doesn't work

This hypnotherapy app teaches you how to take yourself into self-hypnosis, which is a very relaxed state, and where you can also motivate yourself to achieve your goals.
The process of taking yourself into a very relaxed state, known as self-hypnosis, is a very simple one and does not require any magic!
You know about being relaxed already. It is a feeling you might have just before falling asleep or when you have just woken up, or possibly when daydreaming in the middle of the day. As with any other skill you will find you get better with practice.
Here is a reminder of the steps involved:
- Decision to do self-hypnosis
- Find somewhere comfortable, feet flat on the floor or lying down, phones off
- Deep breath in, allow eyes to close as you breathe out
- Next breath out, say "one" silently to yourself
- Next breath out, say "deeply relaxed" silently to yourself
- And so on, until you reach the number 10
- Give yourself positive beneficial suggestions about your goals, health etc, repeating each one 10 times
- Or just enjoy the feeling of relaxation
- When you are ready to emerge, count back from 10 to one and then open your eyes

A reassuring and comforting friend
A wonderful warm and reassuring voice to help you quieten anxiety, relax an overactive mind and ease yourself into blissful relaxation. Having suffered from insomnia and anxious thoughts for years, I am now able to keep those worrisome and negative thoughts at bay and my sleep has improved enormously.
No more nail-biting
Having been a nail-biter for 37 years and tried various other ways to stop, I downloaded this app with only £2.99 or whatever to lose - and haven't bitten my nails since. Five months in now, my nails look amazing and I only had to listen to the session once! Going to try to kick the chocolate habit next...
Impressive
Update: The developers have issued a fix (very quickly too). App works well and the hypnosis sessions still get me deeply relaxed! Having tried hypnosis before without much success, I wasn't sure what to expect. After listening to the 'learn self-hypnosis' freebie I was relaxed within minutes. So much so that I've bought a few of the paid ones. For me, they all leave me deeply relaxed. I can also now get myself very relaxed using the self hypnosis technique he suggests. For me, these sessions work and are well worth the money. I've also had two 'lucid' dreams so far as a result of listening to the lucid dreams session. Great stuff!
Helps us in troubled times
We recently lost our dear son and Patrick's app has helped us to get to sleep and has reduced our anxiety. We started with the free self hypnosis download and then purchased Relax Into Sleep and Relax In Your Garden. Patrick has such a gentle, relaxing reassuring voice. Combined with the beautiful soft music, water sound effects and bird noises we soon drift off to sleep and feel refreshed for the first time in months since our loss thanks to his positive suggestions. The downloads help us through the stress of the day as we adjust to life without our son and have reduced anxiety levels. Thank you Patrick.

I've tried a few apps/websites in the past with regards to self hypnosis and cannot recommend this app strongly enough. Not quite sure how I came about this, but is far superior to any previously tried, soothing, relaxing and stimulating is an understatement! The additional (and inexpensive) add ons are well worth it.

I regularly use six of Patrick Browning's apps from the Lifestyle and the Eating and Weight categories. Thankfully I haven't needed anything from the Medical section. All have been really good value for money and are well worth the time. I recommend them highly to anyone thinking about purchasing one or more of them.
