Sendwave - Send Money

I have NEVER been disappointed by this App. My loved ones receive their money instantly. And even when there are technical issues, they resolve it ASSP!

I’m very very upset and disappointed. They let my money delivered even though they are told to cancel it due to wrong spelling. It means they don’t care about the concern of the customer and they don’t care of the wrong spelling of the name. All they just care for the benefit of themselves. Too selfish!!! I’ve been a customer since 2022 but with this I’m not gonna recommend them.

This is the worse money transfer app one will ever use, I made a mistake of sending money to the wrong number , I had the right name of the transaction but the wrong number , mind you they say if you write the wrong name or number the transactions don’t go through, I sent 117$ to a number that my business partner was using years ago, so it had her name , but the number was no longer hers,I called send wave for a reversal immediately, they told me they’ll contact mpesa for that issue, they have a 30 days response time of a Reversal 🤦🏿‍♂️ , anyone a lot of back and forth as usual then here is the last message, we unfortunately unable to reverse your transaction, bro 🤬… learned my lesson, going to scout for a better app that understands the value of people’s money and great customer service.

Eu nunca vi nada pior, aplicativo todo bugado. Não me dá opção de colocar meu passaporte brasileiro, fica travando quando vai criar senha email etc.

I send money on July 19 and it has not come in yet. They are not doing anything about it. Telling me they’re on it but nothing happens. Transfers are electronically done and yet they are giving excuses not solutions.

Do not use this app they will not let me use my account at all after creating it

EVERYTIME U SEND MONEY BY THEM THEY TAKE 10 til 12 cents out. TAKES 30 mons to one hour to goes to your bank account. Just found another app TAP TAP have better quotes to send your money and don’t loose a lot

Até então estou com um problema com Sendwave. Todos que enviam dinheiro com eles muito cuidado! Até então eles não sabem pra onde enviaram meu dinheiro e meio que me deixaram sem resposta alguma e isso já faz alguns dias. Muito cuidado a todos que enviam seu dinheiro pela Sendwave.

I sent money through send wave for days now and they haven’t delivered it or returned my money back to me. This is a very bad App
