Login unreliable

Holds

It’s an okay app however it would be nice to see the holds an who is being held by cause all you see is numbers. It use to be you couldn’t see it on the app but on the website but you can longer see it in either unlesss you call which is a hassle.

Does not work

The app had not work. It pull out me, and when I reinstalled it. Now it says “online&mobile banking are unavailable “

Works fine…

The app is modern and works well. I’ve never had any issues doing any of my banking. Better than my old big bank’s app.

Not user friendly for small business owners

Before the app was updated I used to be able to do all my monthly banking needs through the app. Now they have removed the ability to pay monthly tax payments. This makes it so I might as well just log in online instead of using the app at all. Every month when I pay the credit cards I also pay my government payments and they took that ability away. Why remove features you used to have for years?

Can’t log in

Not working on 16 plus, can’t even log in, keep saying the app has issues, try later . Have been re-download a few times. Still not working. Can that be fix?

Mandatory update required?

Really?! Because when I try, it has an issue with my Apple ID? Fix this bug. First the postal workers on strike and now I can’t even online bank?

Currently not working

App currently not working on iPhone 13pro, tried to call their helpline and it hangs up immediately

Online and mobile banking are unavailable

Not working at 14 pro at all, even not give chance to log in..

Works fine

All of the reviews stating the app doesn’t work after getting a new phone; delete the app and re download it. It’s your phone, not the app.
