I’ve never had any adverse issues with this app. SERVUS has continued to steadily improve the app over the years.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 15
What's the point of updating something if your app doesn't even turn on, are you kidding me?
Please fix this. It will not allow me to take the photos of front & back if cheques. Nothing happens when I try to take the photos. Now I have to go into the branch to deposit
Please update the application. I accidentally deleted it, and when I downloaded it again it doesn’t work at all.
The app screen does not adjust correctly to the iPhone screen so you have to drag the screen up to confirm transfers & payments. The tap doesn’t always work. Every time I download updates to my phone I have to delete the app and reload it. This irritates me so much I’m considering moving my accounts. RBC & CIBC apps are a dream to work on in comparison.
It doesn’t work or allow to sign in after you get new phone and nothing changes or does the user name etc. The updates are slow and more frequent have to navigate to call or email help that shouldn’t be an issue. More troubles now since being 21yrs or so member
When paying a bill you can’t see the last amount paid to a payee. Checking balance on a Servus Mastercard opens a safari window. Why have an app if it is going to a webpage? Just log in to the website instead and save yourself from downloading an app that is essentially a webpage bookmark.
App is ok but it won’t let you add a security question with apostrophes when adding a new recipient, despite saying you can use any symbols. Please fix.
