Session - Private Messenger

Best messaging app for me! No phone number/email address needed. Very easy to use and the UI having a minimalistic design is really great. You could easily toggle on/off incoming/outgoing calls. Chatting and privacy together in one app. Great Job Oxen Foundation! Keep up the good work! Addendum: Please fix the notification alert. Most of my device where I use session (iOS, MacOS, Windows) does not send me notifications whenever a new message arrives. I invited some of my friends to use session and they are also experiencing the same problem. Hoping you could fix it. Thank you so much!

It doesn’t seem to mesh with with my VPN of choice, I’ve tried to mess with the two but it just refuses to work. A bit annoying to constantly switch it on and off, and it defeats the point a bit. But otherwise a lovely thing to use on its own.

Приложение отличное и замысел тоже , НО сейчас его легко могу блокировать в странах высокой цензурой . Просьба научиться скрывать трафик session от цензуры .

There is no path and the app is useless. I can't communicate at all with it. Definitely not something you should be using if you want reliable communication.

When disappearing messages are enabled on iPhone X and X🅂, the icon to make a phone call disappears. You can still make a call by clicking in the area where the icon should be.

Continues to time out: “Failed to send message, the request timed out (NetworkError.Timeout)”

Half the time I’m getting network timeout errors. Seems pretty lame for a messaging app!

July Update: this app has all but died…can’t do anything on the app. Sending pics…good luck; might take days to send. Messages…takes hours
