Worst update ever
The new update interface is the worst. DO NOT UPDATE. Everything is made worst. Not friendly, complicated. Not sure who they hired to do their new interface. Probably some cheap programmer.
Bugs reported are not resolved. Promise to revert is not kept. Paying customer is ignored
I have reported multiple bugs about exporting the data and even though I am a paying customer subscribing to their premium services, they have not resolved it. They have also lapses in their promise to revert on the matter, usually replying to say that they are checking on the request. They will reply that they have fixed the bug after a while of radio silence, but the issue remains unresolved!
Font color
The application is handy & easy to use but the font color (light blue) makes the reading difficult It’ll be good if have an option to change/ choose the font color

Will be good w a colour separation to show latest added on or updated appt.
Drains battery
The app brains my battery way too much and way too fast. Nevertheless, a good app to use.
The BEST
This App is the easiest, smoothest and intuitive scheduling app there is! From Iphone to PC it suuppeerrr smoooth! Integration with site and social media and live chat support made it more amazing!!! And it is FREE!!!
Client blocking
App is ok book you can’t block unwanted clients . Don’t understand this app don’t have this simple feature
Very impressed!
I am so impressed with how easy it was to set up our schedule and send out a link for clients to make appointments!! Thank you for this app! Two items on my wishlist for this app: 1) if there’s could be a “master account” for a parent/guardian to log in and have children/family members sub accounts as dropdown options per appointment set. (ie: if Mom and two children are coming at consecutive appointments, letting Mom choose the names of each child per appt slot would be a huge help, instead of having to have a dif login email/info per child) 2) allow for custom buffer-time per appointment type. (ie: allow people to book one appointment type at anytime, as soon as minutes from the current time, but certain appt types might need a 24-hour advance notice so a scheduling buffer would be required.) No matter what: this app has been a Huge time saver and the reminder texts are helping clients remember appts and reschedule if they need to!! Awesome!!
API Stripe isn’t working
You are not able to charge clients online as their API isn’t set up with Stripe Portal. So sad!
