Still the same problem as mentioned by other users: You can‘t create a new account with a German mobile phone number, as you never receive the verification code…

New version has lot of problems: - Departure and arrival time not working - no more “later” & “earlier” in the results - no favorites anywhere - schedule of selected trains (all x minutes, next train at) missing
SMS Authentifizierung funktioniert nicht
SMS wird nicht auf deutsche Handynummer gesendet. Man kann sich dadurch nicht anmelden.
Trotz mehrerer Versuche wird Passwort nicht akzeptiert
Leider ist die Anmeldung unmöglich, da die App das Passwort nie akzeptiert.
Can‘t receive SMS OTP - App not full usable
I think this app would be good, but you can‘t login with a RTA account on the S‘Hail App to order a taxi, what would be very nice. I opened a case at RTA.ae, the told me, only UAE mobile number is possible to receive the OTP via SMS. They can‘t change it to mail or send to an internatinal number. I hope they will fix it soon, so the app is not really usefull for me.

Worse app,map not working correctly,bus stops missing
After my many complaints,chating with their support specialists,nothing changes for more than 3 months.
Unpleasant navigation on this app
Very bad to navigate. How will be know how to point from point 1 to point 2 RTA app is great however intercity bus is not available on RYA APP
