apps malfunction
the s’hail is not working properly everytime i try to search or type the name of location its like returning or closing the apps , i hope it will be fix soon

The worst app
Inconsistent and not accurate at all.
Getting worst
September 05, 2024. The 3rd day since this mobile app is not working well. Trying to check the bus timing but couldn’t open the location saved. I tried to re-install the and turn out it is more worst since i cannot enter any bus stops location.
Inaccurate
Don’t install this application. Totally useless! ALWAYS Inaccurate bus timings. Better use google maps/wojhati.
can’t create account
ive been using this application for a while and ive been trying to make an account but everytime i complete it it keeps saying error and wont let me create an account
Bring back the old version
The newest update is so confusing and inaccurate. This app is no longer reliable.
its not use friendly anymore
the new update of shail is very confusing and it’s not user friendly it ., it become more harder to use compared to the old the version. also the timing of bus is not real time and its hard to search the timing of the bus not like in old version
Return the old version!
I don't like the new update, as I was using it for a long time! It's making me confused now!
Disappointed for the new update
It became very confusing to use and seems not accurate compare to the old layout. I don’t trust to use it. Just bring the old layout which is easy to use.

As an everyday user of this app, I am very disappointed with the update as it is complex and not user-friendly. I find it hard to use. the old version is far more better.
