It’s really simple and beginner friendly. It doesn’t have too many buttons or anything confusing for people just starting to invest. Subscription fees are like $5/10/20 per month and it would cover some transaction fees. However i found it quite expensive to use. If you’re trading slightly higher amounts you pay a fair bit of transaction fees on top of your subscription fee. Transfers take a bit long too , like a week every time you top up or withdraw money. Good if you’re planning to buy some ETFs every month. Otherwise IBKR is a superior choice

It would be great to be able to actually access the app. It just goes in circles from requiring an update, press update and going to the app store, press open and it goes back to requiring and update in an endless loop. Can you get that sorted…

I love how easy this app is to use. It has some really helpful insights like what shares are high risk, their performance up to five years, and the fees aren’t too horrible either. My main gripe is that they’re not CHESS sponsored, and it doesn’t look like dividends are paid or if they are, there’s no option to auto-invest as far as I can tell. Bit basic, but a good start and very user-friendly. I would like an option to have a portfolio, where the app attributes funds to different shares based on the one chosen (e.g. aggressive, balanced, conservative etc).

I have 5.2 million dollars and they won’t let me withdraw it out I will be going to court and demanding more for compensation

This app is so glitchy it’s nearly impossible to look through different investment options. It constantly freezes and won’t let me scroll up or down or change filters. Using the search function makes this problem even worse. I haven’t even invested anything yet because the glitching is making it so difficult to browse options - and this is the latest update! I want to delete my account but because I used a promo code I got a $10 gift on my account which I have to invest before I can “withdraw my balance” in order to close my account. So frustrating.

Charges are very high and when u place a order orders are not confirming at market price it gives always different prices

Very easy to use, I just wish it gave more share investing tips and spoke about growth stocks and long term vs short term investments.

I made an account got all the way through the short but tedious questionnaire, just to find out that when I closed the app I had to log in again except this time my password and email weren’t being recognised despite the fact I made them 5 minutes prior. And no I didn’t type it out wrong or use the wrong email/password, I know that for a fact.

Love this app to make the start of my investment journey easy and simple. Does all the basics right, but a few features lacking such as notifications for price changes and notifications set. Also, having set up auto transfer, this seems to take an awful long time. I set it up on the Thursday and don’t see it in my wallet until Wednesday the following week. Not sure if it’s just me?

Signing up with the app was reasonably okay. There was customer service here which is good. The problem that I had was. The graph isn’t accurate enough when you were looking at the stocks you want to purchase. Transferring funds is difficult and cumbersome. And takes too long to transfer.there are numerous times I had to get in contact with customer service because I could not find the funds that I forwarded. Actually every time I forward funds into the account they get missing. And withdrawing is very slow as well. Needs work.
