No incentive to use the app

Usually it is beneficial to use an app instead of the going to the website. Here, that is not the case as you still need to log in each time with 2 factor. The first time is expected, but then you should be able to use Touch/face ID for subsequent uses. This is non-negociable functionality in an app of this nature, banking apps have it, so it’s not a security risk.

Unable to access site

I had used the App for several years then suddenly got a message after entering my password ‘Unable to connect to Server. Response status code was unacceptable:500’. I deleted the App and reinstalled it several times over a period of time and tried again today - still getting the same message. HELP !

Works but the dashboard tab looks nothing like the screenshot here

The screenshot shown here suggests I should see fancy looking charts on the dashboard tab, but I just see a list of vesting events.

2nd time

I’m getting a bit sick it seem every time the share price is up the app isn’t this is the second time it’s let me down and trying to contact them is a joke simple email address would be most helpful

It used to be a slick helpful app, but hasn’t worked for the ‘portfolio’ and ‘transact’ sections for over a month! Please fix to return it to a 5 star app.

Problem selling shares via the App

Currently getting a pink/purple screen on portfolio. It has been like this for quite a while.

Functions have stopped working

portfolio and transaction tabs still not working in App after more that 2 weeks. I raised a ticket with shareworks support and got an email saying ‘Please report the error on your app store if you can, this feedback goes to our Development Team’ ! Very poor.
