Won’t let you login after verifying the 2 factor authentication. Oops something happened all the time.

She’ll recharge app can’t even reset your password without driving you to madness. When you hit reset the password you get a link where it says rest the password, click that and vola you get qr code to download your application and no way to reset the password. I was hoping to check was more than a year enough to get application to work for charge initiation, but looks like need to give one more year, perhaps password reset is then invented. Looks like my wish of application initiated charge is like asking a moon for the sky

Due to some mistake, I applied a refund from them. It’s confirmed by their finance one month ago. Still it hasn’t reached me! Several times complained to customer service. They replied like AI or some kind of a fraud online service because their words has no credentials at all. Nothing they said in the customer reply has been implemented so far. I don’t recommend this APP, and will never use it again.

I have company car and company credit card and your only ”payment method” is to give my personal bank account details. Seriously? After sending this feedback, I’ll delete your app from my phone and use applications from this century. Thank you and goodbye.

Minuutin mukaan laskutus, luvataan 250 kilowatti mutta todellisuus 30-33 oli max mihin päästiin. Kallista en suosittele. Olisin jäänyt pidempään kokeilee mutta kun seurasin viereistä autoa joka oli ollut pidempään niin sama 31 koko ajan. Ei mitään järkeä maksaa minuutti hinta tällaisesta palvelusta👎

I have tested the app about 10 times and it has worked only once! It also seems that they are not adding new available charging stations that frequently to the app. Also the UX of the app is lousy.

Laskuttaa tilinumerolla? Toimiiko tällänen laskutus suomessa edes? Jtn herjaa tuli kun laitoin Osuuspankin tilinumeroni.
