Appen låser sig var tredje gång jag använder den. Den hoppar tillbaka ett steg när jag vill kolla på laddststioner. En riktig skitapp med andra ord
Oanvändbar
Det går varken att lägga till ett betalkort, beställa laddkort eller betala för en laddning via appen. Det går med andra ord inte att använda appen om man inte redan har ett laddkort från en av deras partners. Att ladda ner och börja använda Shell recharge direkt är bara att glömma.
Värdelös
Hopplös app och tjänst. När jag får hem laddkortet står det att man ska scanna QR-koden för att hämta appen. Men det fungerar inte. Jag kommer bara till deras hemsida utan att se några länkar till någon Recharge app. Letar upp appen manuellt och installerar. Skapar ett konto och loggar in. Nästa steg är att registrera laddkortet med appen. Vilket inte fungerar alls. Jag matar in kortets nummer i appen men får tillbaka ett svar att det för tillfället inte är möjligt att registrera laddkortet. Försök igen senare. Efter flera försök med veckors mellanrum mailar jag supporten. Efter flera veckor har jag fått noll respons. Kan omöjligt rekommendera denna tjänst.
Kan inte lägga till bil
Fastnar när man lägger in bil. Fastnar även vid lass punkterna.
Sämst app för elbilsladdning
Hur kan ni ens släppa en sån här dålig app. Finns inte en enda laddpunkt markerad i Norden. Vilka vänder ni er till? UNDVIK SHELL
Big problem
No button to end a charging session, my cable is stuck. No support to call. When I click ”appsupport”, this is a dead end. No active page there. On the good side: It was easy to start the charger... Hope you will send me 500 € for the cable.
Can’t even verify email address
The morons who created this app can’t even make a verify link work. When I click it, on my friggin iPhone, it opens Safari and they show a page saying I need to open the link on my mobile phone. Which is what I did. Idiots.

Als neuste Idee, muss ich mich jetzt bei jeder Benutzung neun einloggen und da dies nicht reicht muss ich noch jedes Mal einen einmal Code per SMS eingeben, der ganze Spaß dauert gleich mal 2-3 Minuten extra, zu der eh schon extrem langsamen App. Ich nutze Shell Strom nur im seltensten Fall bei den Preisen, nein danke🤮
