Horrible company, and app
This company is extremely horrible. Please stay away from this company they purchased my mortgage and I’ve been having nothing but problems ever since this company should go bankrupt or sell.
Total Incompetence with Website and App
AuthSdkError. Literally every time on the website. This app doesn’t work. This is kind of pathetic.
Garbage
I can’t login online, nor through the app. The app used to work but hasn’t for about 6 months. Their developers need to be fired
Worst mortgage app
This app is embarrassing. It never saves your info so you have to look up your username and password every single time you want to access your account and there is no facial recognition.
App is busted
Can’t login. I was able to login once I created the account, after that I was unable to do so ever since.
Horrible App
I haven’t been able to access my account. I called several times and was told to screenshot the error message and email it to the IT department with no response. I called again today and I was told the app doesn’t work with iPhones or iPads!
Another password to remember
Adding an option for facial recognition would certainly be helpful.
