Shiftsmart - Find Work

I have completed shifts but did not receive full payment 30 days after the work was completed. I have logged this as an issue, with acknowledgement from the team, but without a timeline on when this will be resolved.

If you live in Austin do not even bother they never have jobs in Austin

I literally cannot and haven’t been able to pick up a shift since the first time I downloaded it and they wouldn’t even let me submit background check to even be able to clock in for the shift wasted gas money and time with nobody ever to respond to any problems we may have

I believe that Shiftsmart should pay more than what they normally pay, especially being in the store for four hours

Please make sure you add a payout method before doing any shift. I made the mistake of adding mine afterward and it still says there’s an error with my payment. I’ve written several tickets and emails just to get an update about the situation however no response.

It’s pretty fair work fair pay fair scheduling but they will punish you for being sick:/ so they prolly get away with it but still if you even think you might get a cold cancel your shift asap. Because they will ding your reliability score and stop giving you shifts. It’s also only circle k.. they have nothing else. But it’s simple easy to do tasks. Not too bad but the app itself definitely needs work if you don’t have a newer phone it will be harder for you to do the tasks. Overall 3 it’s cool for people that want to work when they feel like it. Or extra money on the side single moms.

Shiftsmart app is ok if you need to make a few bucks this is the app as long you show up on time and don’t try to fraud this app you will be ok promise another thing when you go to a job site do your best to make sure you don’t get on the manager badside their review will impact the jobs you get offered

So yesterday 8/9 i got a turn away and so they wouldn’t pay for it they removed it. Yet they said i didn’t show up to my 8am job. When I got paid for my 8am shift!? How will you not pay mr yet lower my points for it? The stores managers should know better than this. They don’t like most shifts smart yet it not my fault that most people don’t do their job.

I got hired to do the training for Pepsi Co/Frito Lays at a Wal Mart near me and ever since that the jobs have been either very scarce or non existent. The last time I signed up for a shift, it was cancelled without reason on their end and when I reached out as to why, I never gotten any response. I give up with this app.

So I found out for one shift last month, and I had spoke to someone that said that the Frito-Lay project was still going on and I should be able to see shift soon because I completed the training and took the test. But I still do not see any shifts for Frito lay and it’s been over a month. I just want to know is it my phone or are the shifts are not available available?
