I love that while in between regular “day jobs” we can use this app to make some extra cash - or even just to make extra cash when not actively at the “day job”… this app is awesome except that I keep having issue finding shifts! It keeps showing no available shifts but my first shift was found after using the chat option and asking about my shift availability in the app.

No shifts at all don’t even bother.

No orientation or training

I started this app and there was barely any explanation on how it works. I had to figure it out when I go. One day I try to login for a shift and the button isn’t there to put in a code and it kept giving me the wrong shift. The worker there told me she could get it figured out for me, so I continued my shift like normal. I worked 4hrs and when I was done we still couldn’t figure it out so she gave me the codes to email. I emailed the codes and the issue 12/9, it is now the last day of December and I still haven’t received an email back or any help on this matter! I am owed $60 and will not work with this app until I’m paid. The app glitches all the time, shifts get messed up and double booked, it’s no wonder it’s not popular!

The only problem with Shiftsmart is if you go to check in and the store manager says your not needed you get turned down and there’s nothing you can do about it, yes they pay you when you get turned away but it’s only a few dollars not even enough for the gas you waste to get there! I think that the store managers shouldn’t get to pick if you go home or not… there’s a reason why we are working and it’s to feed our families but I guess the managers get to decide if we feed our family or not, this is the only thing I’m against because it’s happened to me a couple of times already and it happens to be the same store every time, makes me wonder if I’m being targeted by this manager or the store either way it’s so wrong for them to do that to someone there should be regulations

I like the app , good job app .

So far o have no complaints about the app it’s pretty much straight forward. I just only wish it was more available jobs near. A lot of them are too far to take for the pay.. other then that you get what you expect. It’s not for you to make a living but it will help you to network and pick up extra money when needed
