I can't even connect the app to my system no more. Tried like fifty times over the duration of a few moths. One year old panels and now I dunno how much they give. Well. Thanks. Work on the app please. Make it at least somewhat user friendly.

Installed the app one week ago and has not worked a full day so far. Looses connection to network once a day and reset of both router and inverter communication port needed to get back online. Maybe not an app issue but network connection is the worst I’ve ever seen. Re-do and do better.
I got my system installed July 22, all worked fine until a few months ago. The app started to to display error messages ”timeout”. All seems fine locally but i constantly see data dropout when usin the app or connecting to the server. When I tried to reinstall the I lost contact via mobile apo. Tried with other devices, same problem the app refuses to work ”network error”. Now I have one computer that can display info from the system, with large portions of lost data. To have it running I have to restart, router and network equipment frequently. No impressed, not at all impressed. Will contact the installer and complain, this is not what I expected. By the way, I have been working as a software developer and managed several companies for several decaded. I would never accept a product this instable as it may damage the company reputation. Really disapointed!

When it works it’s ok (but not great), but too often (almost on a daily basis) I get timeout error and cannot read any production or historical data.
The app is very unreliable. And even when it works it would be nice to have the same features as the website, like the ability to compare different numbers over time, like mppt voltage, mppt power etc.
I can’t remember last time I had a day without network timeouts in this app. The app itself is ok but the servers are crap. Not sure why I even bother to review the app. It would not fix the problems.

Otroligt dålig app som sällan fungerar. Network Timeout flera ggr per dag, sällan man kan logga in. Hur kan man inte fixa dessa fel?
