The app looks smooth and easy to use but after I clicked the purchase ticket option, I waited over 10 minutes for the process to complete but it didn’t. The app logged me out and no tickets were booked. The worry is now to check that my credit card was not charged even without any tickets being issued to me. Update second time it worked and process lasted a few seconds so increased stars.

Bought a ticket over the app but it hung on the payment processing page several times. Sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes before the app lets you open it due to user traffic

It’s not bad. Sometimes a little confusing to use. Please add FaceID login support.

I was a bit confused at first as I didn’t realize that there’s a different app for Japan vs for SG users. The credit card verification step is a bit slow but just be patient and wait it works. Nice that we can book seats in advance now, thanks developers!

The app works perfectly, was able to make bookings and designate our ICOCA cards to board the shinkansen. 👍🏻

Impossible to get past retrieval user ID and password page. Wasted all the time punching in all the details only to get “incorrect information entered”. Absolute rubbish. No indication of what is wrong, and how to get around. App also uses a Unique ID, which is impossible to remember. Shows you how pedantic Japanese still are with their archaic processes. 10 x thumbs down

Could not successfully register the account to get beyond registration page. Felt it is user unfriendly as it requires one to enter personal details and credit card before allowing any form of browsing. Hope my credit card details has not been compromised in anyway since “operation has been unsuccessful” after I had provided my credit card information

I could not even go pass the registration page and keep getting stuck at the authentication of credit card page!
