Unable to register credit card

A membership needs to be created in order to use the app but it has rejected a few credit cards so I can’t proceed with the membership registration. I’m very disappointed 😞

Disappointed 😔

I was really looking forward to purchase a pair of Shinkansen tickets for my upcoming trip using this app, but like the other reviews I could not get pass the Credit Card Verification step. After entering the One Time Code for the Bank Verification, the app says the Credit Card have issues and we have to contact the bank. Sadly there are no other payment options and you have pass this screen in order to sign up for an account. So this app is pretty useless right now. Note that my Credit Card works fine everywhere else, abroad, and online.

Cannot register

After you key in credit card info. Credit card authentication will appear then you click continue, and nothing come out but just a cancel word on top
