No matter what I try it will not let me log into the app.
I have been with this company for 10 years. Once set up, the shipping is super easy and will save you lots of money.
I’ve been working with Chelly Bell.She has helped answer all of questions we’ve had in transitioning to using ShipStation. And she’s been super fun to work with! ShipStation is definitely premium product, but the customer service also shows how premium it is.
Easy to use. Great way to keep track of riders and you can do everything through the app. Printing the label and all.
Can’t print labels. lol. Literally. The one thing you want to do, and you need “ShipStation Connect” which doesn’t work. What is the point of using a shipping app that DOES. NOT. WORK?!!!!!
App works mediocre at best, but it works well enough most of the time. My issue is that my account, on auto pay for years, keeps getting canceled without reason, and I can’t even look at my payment/subscription info because I get stuck with the wheel of death. They will not provide a reason for why. Customer service isn’t helpful in a timely fashion. When you want to ship stuff on time, and have to run a business, it’s pretty frustrating to be told that your situation will be escalated, without any more information, and you have to wait by the computer to be available for their chatters. My account was reinstated, but I don’t know why it was canceled still, still probably happen again.
Shipstation switched from shipsurance to parcel guard insurance awhile back. The mobile app apparently hasn’t updated and I am unable to purchase insurance on my labels using mobile app because it continues to show “shipsurance” instead of parcel guard and I get an error message when I try make a label with insurance now. Useless
Both the app and the website versions keep getting progressively worse with each update. The app no longer shows me the full list of items ordered on each order making it harder to fulfill orders. The website also continues to get worse. I used be be able to see all details of an order by simply clicking on it once. Now it seems you need more clicks to view the same information and it wont show all the order information on one screen. I used to love the old set up but maybe its time to move on to a better option.
