Best ductionary I have ever used. I have been searching for a long time but there only is Jisho and it’s good on itself but the functions in this dictionary are just crazy good and based on everyday use like the Most Used Kanji Tab. Even if it was a subscription service I would subscribe and hope for even more intuitive features. Good job love this app！

This is by far the best dictionary I have downloaded for any language. Offers lists, notes, flashcards, comprehensive kanji definitions, furigana example sentences, and a lot more. Blazej-sama is a saint. One minor suggestion for a future update: the example sentences are a little complex for beginners. Starting out learning japanese it would be useful to read e.g. 涼しい風が吹いています instead of 野球選手はフライを取る時には風を考えに入れておかねばならない。

Besides being an extensive word and character dictionary with lots of supplementary information, bookmarks and flashcards make this app an easy to use companion for learning the Japanese language. The material from different sources integrate seamlessly into a well designed user interface. iCloud synchronization is very useful when using different devices in parallel. I even use the notes taking capabilities on Kanji to reference 新書源 page numbers (Shin Shogen, Shodō Character Compendium). Side note: As a software developer I am a little jealous of this outstanding craftsmanship.

Das ist bei Weitem das beste japanisch Wörterbuch, dass ich bis jetzt gefunden habe. Auch wenn es auf englisch und japanisch ist, ist es trotzdem unglaublich hilfreich. Fürs Lernen von Kanjis gibt es sogar kurze Animationen, die die Strichfolge und richtigen Proportionen zeigen. Ebenso kann man eigene Ordner machen, um Wörter zu speichern, was vor allem bei bereits gelernten Kanjis und Verben hilfreich ist. Bei Verben werden alle Formen angezeigt und eine japanische Sprachausgabe der Wörter ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kann man schon etwas Hiragana und Katakana kann man mehr oder weniger auch die Menüpunkte lesen (Memo, Bookmarks, etc). Ansonsten sind viele Funktionen gleich und man kann sich einiges zusammenreimen.

It makes studying japanese fun and easy, as looking up a single verb or adjective immediately shows you all the different forms (present, past, -te, positive, negative, etc) Also kanji with exact stroke order, readings, radicals, example words, and so much more. And if that’s not enough: it comes with a flashcard function too. 本当にありがと！めっちゃ便利だ 🤓✨

Great dictionary! The only thing that is missing in my opinion is pitch accent 🥲
