Smart Christmas shopping

Fantastic site, it has made Christmas shopping easy with an added bonus of getting money back! Love it!!

Useless app and customer service

Nothing ever tracks, and when I raise a support request for it, it gets rejected. I’ve never had a problem with CASHREWARDS over many years and with them when I raised a request, it was always honoured but with his this app nothing ever works, and Support never helps. I want to close my account so I stop getting spammed by them.

Too many Pop up ads

Well worth getting ones head around how this app works. After a month of use very responsive and seems to have all bases covered should any issue arise. Definitely a money management saving vehicle from my experience.

Never ever add your card details.

They will charge it even you are viewing gift vouchers . They deem it as you have swiped to make purchase so nothing can be done . They will pretend to “look” into the matter but have no intentions to actually do anything about it . Then send you a curt email that sorry can’t help you . If you have other matters then write back else go to hell 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Love using this app and getting money back for doing the shopping I was already planning on doing win win

Concerns About Cashback Reliability

I recently encountered an issue with ShopBack that I feel is important to share with potential users. I made a purchase through the app, following all the guidelines to ensure I would receive cashback. However, despite adhering to the rules and procedures, my cashback claim was denied. The customer support team informed me that my transaction was attributed to another marketing channel, hence making me ineligible for the cashback. Despite providing screenshots evidence that I followed all necessary steps and rules, my request for cashback was still rejected. This experience has unfortunately raised concerns about the reliability and transparency of ShopBack's cashback system. While the app is user-friendly and offers a wide range of stores and products, this incident has led me to question the consistency in how cashback claims are handled and the clarity of the process. As a customer, I believe it's crucial for such services to provide clear, consistent information and reliable support, especially when discrepancies arise. This incident has impacted my trust in the app, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in their service and customer support. I wanted to share my experience to help others make informed decisions about using this app for cashback rewards.

Good concept if it works

Love the app when it works, it has moments where my cashbacks haven’t been tracked but overall it’s a great app!

Really disappointed

Already met all requirements but shopback failed to track, and they rejected my missing caskback report!!
