Be vary when using shopback
Trust me when I say, shopback doesnt care if you get your cashback. Even though I did all of my steps and ensure that transaction was made through shopback, shopback claims that the transaction doesnt go through and thus I dont get it. My transactional amount made wasnt small (5k) and customer support doesnt help to escalate the case and just say sorry you are not getting your cashback despite my supporting documents. Frankly it is a joke and I felt that someone just spat at my face for the responses given.

The 1 to 5 cents cashback no issues, the moment you start.using for bigger items, the rejection starts coming in.
No cashback
I have been patronizing the same stall at least 3-4 times a week. Today, no cash back applied for the 1st purchase. Scan for 2nd purchase 7mins later also no cashback. This is not the 1st time that happens.
Feels like the service is probably a scam
It seems that they are earning the affiliation commission but not passing it down to the users. They are scamming both companies and consumers. I filed my missing cashback claim. There was no promotion or promo code entered, and I even used the app to complete my purchase. Yes, I browse the Tangs webstore on Shopback’s API-webpage, yes I did that! I suppose their customer service people will take a month to review this missing cashback and provide me with a very generic response, then reject my appeal once again, just like last time and the time before that! Disappointed with thanks!
