Why isn’t it loading

I downloaded the app but it isn’t loading

Your Shop Rite app

Awful. Your app does not work in the store or in the parking lot. I turned off my wi fi. It still does not work. Customer Service tried to help but they get blocked too. FIX THIS! Stop blocking the app while customers are in your store.

Can’t even register

I know my local ShopRite does these orders yet on the drop down menu, my store isn’t showing. The menu seems to stop at towns that start with the letter L. Whether I go to the website or try on the app, I get the same issue. Please address this.

Coupons won’t load

Coupons won’t load. Also dislike that they don’t deduct from the anticipated total for ShopRite from home orders.

Horrible Deli

The Deli is the worst I've ever been to. You are always waiting a long time to be helped no matter if there is 1 person in front of you or none. Does not matter how you ask your deli meats to be sliced you will get it how they want to slice it. I have tried several times and it's always the same. Go to Meat Farms right next door and you will have great service, lower prices, bigger selection and sliced the way you want.

Ease of use issues

Trying to locate your home store is the most ridiculous waste of time this app has to offer. Instead of filtering by nearest zip codes ( since it is already given in the mailing address) they make you scroll through every store they have, sorted in a way that is not at all reminiscent of alphabetical order. This with the two times I went to use my card, and my phone number ( same for over 10 years) was not properly linked to my card, and trying to get appropriate discounts required me paying the regular price and then going to customer service after for a credit, once they established I did in fact have an account. C’mon people!! This technology is here to help us, not dumb us down! It is frustrating because all major stores are owned by the same parent company, so it is a big circular firing squad we have to put up with. Most of it is because they keep doing “payroll cleansing” and are required to hire less competent people to replace the people who know and understand how the programs work. If I can buy all my stuff from a local farm I do so, but these empirical numbskulls know they have you by the short hairs and there is little that can be done about it.
