Utterly Frustrating

I'm extremely disappointed with the SIB mirror+ app. It fails miserably in basic functionality like registering BHIM UPI. It couldn't even locate SIB's own account number, a critical flaw that occurred while attempting to register UPI for my NRI account. This is all happening on app version 15.5, which should have resolved such issues. Frustrating experience, deserving of only one star.

Crashing

App is crashing and not opening.

Not responding correctly

It take too long time to login and the application is not responding sometimes, which in effect shows error occurred. Not a good application.

Worst mobile banking app

Worst mobile banking app ever used.

Not getting OTP to register sim

It seems like a group of fools are managing this application I can’t even register to this app. If you guys don’t know how to manage this app please get away from this banking institution

No use at all

I had been using the app in my old phone, when I switched to new one the app is asking again to register and there is no Log in option. Im not receiving the OTP also. Mirror+ is just a trouble maker

Not getting OTP

With this update I have to register again in order to get into my account. But I am not getting OTP to my registered number.... I tried to get help from home branch.But still waiting for last one week to resolve this issue
