Registration process:
YONO is supported on iOS 11 and above.
Ø Install/Update new version of App from App Store and open.
Ø Allow all required permission (location).
Ø Select SIM of CBS Registered Mobile Number (RMN) and submit NEXT.
Ø An encrypted SMS with a unique code will be sent from the device to a pre-defined Number 7718965316 to verify the customer. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your telecom plan. The SIM should have active outgoing SMS facility.
Ø If there are multiple CIFs attached with same mobile number, system will prompt for the account number and DOB for finding out a unique customer by the mobile number.
Ø If the customer is already having online banking facility of SBI, App will automatically prompt to proceed to Register on YONO with existing user credentials (Online Banking User ID and Password). After entering User ID and Password, customer will receive an OTP on Registered Mobile Number. User has to enter the OTP in the app to complete registration with an optional setting of MPIN.
Ø If the existing SBI customer is not having Online banking credentials, App will prompt to proceed to create INB credential using “Account Details” and “ATM Card” based registration process.
Ø If Non RMN SIM is selected, User will land on account opening screen. If customer claims that selected SIM is already registered with bank, user needs to visit nearest branch with KYC for updating/validating the mobile number in bank account.

Cannot request ATM

Does not show an option to request ATM , through service request.

App is crashing when doing scan and pay

App is crashing when doing scan and pay . Please fix ASAP

App error

Error shows up while trying to get into the app. Closed and reopened it multiple times but of no use.

Login only available with IB option

MPIN and biometric authentication is not working with app need to enter complete IB login and get otp every time like the fresh registration of App. Huge pain and tough to get even status.

Iphone 14 pro

In iphone 14 pro, cannot click on top right/left corner. It was working fine before update. Please update your UI and make it work for 14 pro model.

iPhone screen fitness

After new update we see iPhone users especially 14 pro, the back and logout button is not working because its way higher than the screen width and height. Can you please check once from your side.

Top left and right corner bot working on iphone 14 pro so unable to back or logout using those links.

App poor performance

Hello team , could you please test your app with iPhone 14 pro. I was trying to use it but the app is not at all user friendly. The app is occupied all over the corners so I am not able to select the options .
