I live in the US and used this on a trip to the UK. Definitely the best prepaid Sim I’ve used. The instructions are clear, the app works well, I had no problems using it and coverage has not been a problem.

Took over two hours to activate. After only a day, the service quit working with plenty of my usage left. Customer service was unresponsive and I was not able to restore service during my trip. A total waste of money. I ended up using a different service for data only.
Terrible coverage total waste of money
I can’t believe I used their awful product twice! . First I used the eSIM in southern Chile. I had coverage for exactly one day. Customer service was slow and unable to fix anything. I bought a second eSIM when the first stopped working so I went ahead and used it in Santiago. No joke, they have zero coverage in the capital city! Their customer service is awful and even if the coverage was great they are overpriced vs what you can buy on the streets here. I deleted their app and won’t throw an more of my money away with them.
