Simple Call Blocker

Called all the time by different call centers from India and Sri Lanka. Cannot easily block the entire country, it wants a valid number range

Another reviewer already explained his troubles black listing Algerian numbers. It seems the app validated the phone numbers entered which means you have to figure out valid numbers for the beginning and the end. This is cumbersome and might be automated by the app. A range for all Algerian numbers that seems to work is: ‭‬ +21310000000 to +213983999999 The fist number is one digit shorter.

Trying to enter the country of Algeria which is Spamming our county with missed phone calls in the hope you call back to an expensive number. Any number I enter within that coubtry gets rejected as “invalid nunber”. +213 5 00000000 to +213 5 99999999 should be the range, bit it is rejected. The email address available for aupport doesn’t work anynore. So this app is useless to me. Uninstalled.

I specifically downloaded this for the phone number range blocking but it doesn’t work AT ALL. I still receive spam calls that I’ve supposedly “blocked”

Works really well, I love it.

I wish I could give this 5 stars but it doesn’t work. I’ve put in a number range of 551-240-0000 - 551-999-9999 and I still continue to get 551 calls. I’ve made sure to allow the app and it says its loaded but it doesn’t actually block numbers. I even tried the functionality of blocking an area code from my wife’s phone and turning on/off the allow contacts but when testing it lets the call through every time regardless. Also tested with another number and nope. Who knows maybe I’m doing something wrong but there’s no support. I’ll gladly pay for an app if this did work :/

So far I’ve had this for a few weeks and honestly not one scam call has been blocked. Why are they promoting this app and yet not one call has been blocked. So many scam and spam calls get through. On average I’ve seen at least 70 calls from scammers getting through daily. Why can’t people design a program or app that stops all calls except the numbers I have in my address book. Unfortunately we live in a world where scammers are destroying everything that’s supposed to be personal?

3 CALLS A DAY EXPECTING ME TO PICK UP

This is an excellent app to use, it is simple and easy. I like the options it gives to block just one phone numbers of a whole lists of consecutive numbers that’s the spammers uses.
