unable to change mov files to mp4
i have upgraded to premieum version, it should be able to change my mov files to mp4, but i dont know why part of it remains unchange even i have tried for so many times

Awesome! Works like magic even if it got disconnected
It is truly the best software, just get the job done with reasonable price. The worst nightmare of transferring a file is the transfer has to start all over again when it is disconnected. And u wouldn't know which file has been transferred. I deliberately disconnect the phone from my PC during the transfer and reconnect it after 15 minutes. It has no problem and the transfer is back to the file that was transferring just before the interruption! Also it helps u to automatically delete the file (it's an option)after a file is transferred, one by one! In this case, you don't have to worry about transferring the same file that you have backed up if you stop everything in the middle and restart the process again!

Is easy to use, but transfer 50 pics per album and immediately ask you for an upgrade?! What a joke!
