Very good for starting a routine.

Tried to get app to do anything and it does nothing one you pay. You get a new app but it doesn’t do anything. The free app does some but the paid version doesn’t even do what the free version does. Don’t waste your time and money just use the free little bit thats given.

This really is worth it. I use it all the time, and the lack of subscription makes and a no-brainer in terms of value. I also love the daily workout app. Get it!

The yoga routines on here have no flow.

First time I ever tried Yoga was a couple weeks ago. This APP has been really fantastic. Just upgraded to try level 2. This could be quite the adventure.

I’ve used this app for a number of years. I really love it and have recommended it to friends. I like the updated version and the new poses. My only complaint is that there’s not enough of a pause for some poses. For example, child pose. It talks you through getting into the correct position and then, “Enjoy this relaxing pose.” Well, there’s no relaxing as it goes very quickly into the next pose. I have had to pause the app in order to get that relaxation, but then the audio also pauses and I don’t get the waves. More time per pose is always better than not enough time. I might also request a better way to set the order of the dyi practices. Once you have them set, it’s difficult to change the order without redoing it from scratch...unless I’m missing something. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

I have been using the app for over six years. Not consistently though. It’s good for beginners. I enjoy that I am able to create my own floes

I have been using this app for several years and I liked it’s convenience and ability to customize workouts. I also attend yoga classes. The timing of moving through poses was hard in the old version. Also many of the poses lacked beginning and ending positions. This has been corrected. It is better than ever now. Thanks. This app is perfect for anyone who practices yoga but needs a guide to move through positions. It is so convenient because it is ready when you are. I put on relaxing music and work through the workout In my own time and space.

I used the Free app for over a year and finally decided to upgrade to the paid app. Definitely worth the money! Quiet voice, ocean sounds, 20-40-60 minute practices that I can do at home, on my mat, as my schedule permits! All this, for much less than just one yoga class in my city! I see the god in you!!
