혼자 하기 좋은 앱
무료로 받아서 쓰다가 유료로 넘어왔는데, 유료로 여러가지 나만의 루틴을 만들 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그냥 틀어놓고 혼자서 요가 하기 좋아요. 이 시리즈를 다 다운 받았는데, 다 괜찮은 듯!

좋아요 시간 설정 나만의 운동 설정 알림까지 다 좋아요 무료 받아쓰세요 한동작 빼고 다 똑같아요 초보님들 보단 일년이상 중급분들에게 맞을듯 합니다 자세는 누구나 따라할수 있지만 기초가 부족하신 초보님에게 부적합!! 운동 시작전 명상 호흡을 하시고 시작해 보세요

여러 요가 앱 중 제가 제일 좋아하는 앱이예요. 설명도 뚜렸하고... 동작 구성도 좋고.. 다만 몇가지 아쉬움이 있어요. 1. 나만의 루틴을 만들어 저장할 수 있으나 1개밖에 저장할 수 없는 것이 아쉬워요. 나만의 루틴 1,2,3... 등 여러가지 저장할 수 있도록 업그레이드 부탁해요. 2. 배경 음악이 1가지 밖에 없다니.. 요즘 요가할 때 좋은 음악 그리도 많은데.. 다양한 배경음악주세요.
