Piedes adaptarlo a las posturas que quieras y es muy facil de seguir. Antes tenia la lite pero merece la pena comprarla
Good continuous instructions
this app is a good motivator for beginners like me. I like the fact that the instructions are continuous and although it all seems way too fast at first, over time it becomes quite easy to sink into the rythmn of the movements. Other apps dont give enough verbal instruction so you constantly have to be looking uP to follow the video.

Nice addition to my workouts.
After turning 50 I was tired of aches pains and lack of flexibility. This app has helped me ease back into yoga. It’s very hard to find yoga videos on YouTube that aren’t yoga flow. Or some new version of traditional yoga. This app is great I used the free version for a while and then upgraded. I like that it’s a one time purchase. We all have way too many reoccurring purchases that we forget about.
