Ratings are worthless
5 weeks ago it has a rating of 2.5 now it's 4.3, go figure. Yet nothing has changed. It's still has many problems. Have made the decision to quite from Simpro, to many issues and nothing is done to resolve them.

Easy to use with so many benefits It’s changed the way we do business for the better in our company
Easy to use, however still needs improvement in some areas
Generally very easy to use, however some features are complicated
Usage
So far so good, only downside is they work Eastern State time only Monday to Saturday so expect support Sunday as it’s nonexistent.
