When I open the app all I get is a picture of two cartoon people. Nothing happens, no buttons, no nothing. And yes my iOS can run it. Garbage

Xero Me is a self service employee tool that helps small businesses reduce the time spent gathering and fielding requests on employee time, leave, expenses and pay.
Save time on payroll and expense management by empowering your employees to self-serve work admin tasks, wherever they are, using Xero Me.
To log in to Xero Me you must be granted permission by your employer. Check with your employer if you are having trouble logging in.
Note. You will only have access to mobile features your organisation has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).

Payslips
- View past payslips
- Download PDF files of your previous payslips
Timesheets
- Select ‘Duration’ or ‘Start and End time’ Timesheet types (AU only)
- Enter multiple work and break times plus add notes against time entries in ‘Start and End time’. (AU only)
- Submit timesheet for approval
Leave
- Check leave balances
- View upcoming leave requests in the leave calendar
- Request, edit or delete leave requests
Expenses*
- Capture cost as they happen: scan and submit expenses, company card and mileage claim, anytime, anywhere
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from your photo receipt to auto fill the expense claim
- Track your mileage: use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go
- With admin permissions, setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts
*Access to Expenses requires a Xero Expenses subscription and access permission granted by the Admin.

Subscription now costing a lot more. Xero still the better out of the mainstream.
Changes need to be made
I would suggest the ability to put multiple days on the one request
Copy week of day
There should be a selection where you can copy a whole week for your timesheet or select a certain day to copy. Not just be able to select the day before to copy.
We should be able to put a start and a finish time not calculate them in hours. We did.
Technology is supposed to make our lives easier

The system does not allow for night shift workers to enter start and finish times to reflect the specific hours worked , this is because when you work night shifts , you start your shift on one date and you finish that same shift on the date of the next day, if this could be rectified I would certainly add more stars

Easy to use great software and great way to do timesheets
Just missing a simple feature
Missing option to upload copy of medical certificate, for sick leave. Otherwise it’s quick & easy to use
Time Entries
The system for adding your unpaid breaks is annoying

It’s great for keeping hours that’s worked also for adding timesheets to employer
