This app uses to be great and usually I'd just write loads of replies to people never really writing letters and it was unlimited how many people you could reply to and I really liked that. Well now I go on the app and see you can only read like 7 letters a day and then you have to pay 6.99 A WEEK which is crazy and something I dint think most people can afford. You've ruined the app and I think you chasing the people that use it ( which isn't even that many away) I'm deleting it thanks to this. And it makes me sad because it was such a great app.

Love this app. Being able to talk to people without feeling judged is a blessing. Helping people is the least we can do in this world.

This app has Amazing potential but definitely requires also more, in terms of moderation Ai to sense when peoples are suicidal or literally asking for ways to off themself - linking them to wide range of global support, What do you want out of this app, do you want to focused on the anything goes a plays for any and all thoughts as well as response in monitored just an open market of thoughts. Ok well no on in paying what your asking when Elon musk has X and no one od stopping anyone from making anonymous account to thought dump, or Reddit, or discord… basically your not a competitor in that marking in my opinion. However you have amazing potential in the mental health and support space, but at the moment the cost for the available features is lacking and just makes the company look a tad greedy and I had no way in all of linking this person to something and I think that should be an option, I did report it but then there was not really options to explain my report. I have loved my free trail on the app but won’t be sticking around, I hope to see this app grow into an amazing place where people can gain what they need. Whag I hope to see: • moderation • sponsored writers, a system in place where sensitive advice goes to your highest tier writers( after checking account for reports and such ) • the app would be great if it could have features expanding the friend setting to allow people to slowly Bring them off the app. As I saw many lonly writers. Again there is so much this app can do and I hope to see you grow, and maybe I’ll re-download.

Tooooo many notifications!!! I understand the notifications where it’s interactions with people but the constant reminder to check the app and not lose your ‘streak’ is too much for an app like this

This app is nice and all but most people don't really care about your problem and they just wanna vent their own. Plus the app asks you to get a premium to LITERALLY DELETE YOUR OWN MESSAGE!! I think as a user, you should be allowed to at least delete your own message because you don't even know how many people it's gonna be sent to plus it DOESN'T WARN you about it. This really needs to be fixed because it is not right. Disappointing that you take in people's personal information and turn it against us. The app doesn't even provide an email for you to cancel the subscription or maybe idk where it is but when I googled it, it doesn't come up so this app sketchy. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!

I’ve had this app since before it added a premium service and it was great, and I loved replying to people, and it was actually a really good way for me to interact with people and vent, but since they changed it all it’s awful, I get ads and I can only do 3 a day, shouldn’t have to pay for a service that should be free, shouldn’t have to pay to vent.

I think that the idea of the app is phenomenal, i love helping people out everyday because sometimes just a simple positive conversation can really help with someone’s mental health, it’s important that we have apps like this where people can freely express themselves with the comfort of others. HOWEVER £6.99 a week is absurd that’s £27.96 a month just to help others, some people can’t afford this and a fraction of those people would most probably benefit from it, I as a user myself would not pay this. There needs to be more options for the free version of the app and waiting around until 8pm every night isn’t good and even then you can only respond to 3 people and have to wait another 24 hours to do it again. I do hope that you consider this concern as money isn’t everything and i understand from a business point of view that it’s good but consider the help it would be for people suffering with expressing themselves if the app was either more flexible, cheaper or even better free. Thank you.

This app was great till I was locked behind ads in order to see other peoples notes. This is a help app and the ads are so out of place. It makes it feel less sincere like it reminds you that the people running the app just want to make some money
