Never able to enter raffle
No respond when pressing “enter raffle”, the APP never work, already missed a few raffles

The size?launches app gives you a fair chance of getting your hands on the most coveted releases each and every week. And the best part is it’s really easy to enter.
To get yourself in the running, simply:
• Download our ‘size?launches’ app.
• Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app)
• Select the launch product you’re after.
• Select your size.
• Confirm those payment details.
• Submit your entry.
And that’s it – we told you it was easy!
Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice.
It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. If you’re wondering why we do this, it’s to make the transaction process much smoother and quicker on launch day.

Always payment fail
That is so crazy even raffle will ran into payment fail for most of the limited raffle time which means I can’t even enter for the raffle!
Can’t Success the payment
I was trying our Visa card and MasterCard and American Express all is payment fail , what’s wrong with the app, that’s a Poor system
