To get yourself in the running, simply:

• Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app)
• Select the launch product you’re after.
• Select your size.
• Confirm those payment details.
• Submit your entry.
And that’s it – we told you it was easy!
Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice.
It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. If you’re wondering why we do this, it’s to make the transaction process much smoother and quicker on launch day.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
FRAUD / BEWARE They make as if you win the raffle, charge your credit card, provide a false tracking number and never ship the shoes. They don't ever bother replying to emails. I thought other reviewers where just unlucky and I gave it a try. Unfortunately I got scammed too. Do not make the same mistake!
I got scammed
It says I won a raffle for the Dunk Low Orange pearl in the app but I didn't receive any email,shipping confirmation. The only thing I received was a charge on my card. Support team was useless. They did nothing. If you want to get sneakers, DO NOT bother downloading this app.
Got scammed
Paid for a shoe. No emails or anything to confirm. Got charged on my card and won’t help on customer service
App seems glitchy
The app doesn’t seem to allow you to create an account. I’ve tired like 10 times and it just give me a message that says “oops something went wrong, we weren’t able to process your payment” which is weird because I wasn’t asked for any payment information just trying to create a simple account with name, email and password.
