The size?launches app gives you a fair chance of getting your hands on the most coveted releases each and every week. And the best part is it’s really easy to enter.

To get yourself in the running, simply:

• Download our ‘size?launches’ app.
• Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app)
• Select the launch product you’re after.
• Select your size.
• Confirm those payment details.
• Submit your entry.

And that’s it – we told you it was easy!

Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice.

It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. Orders being cancelled for no reason.

Every time I win a draw. Yall cancel it right after. And I know why. It’s cause I’m in the U.S. This is the last straw. I will never shop here again.

No longer ships to USA…

They no longer ship to the USA, which is really funny since they ship basically anywhere else. In the past had quite a few wins cancelled but otherwise I was still happy with size?.

Update: Still not allowing raffle entries for USA customers. Customer service did reach out and acknowledge the issue but they “don’t know” if or when the issue will be resolved. Original review on November 16th 2022: I have been using size?launches for about 3 years now and when the process works, it’s a good app. When it doesn’t, the customer service is downright terrible. You will NEVER communicate with the same person twice. They NEVER seem to be able to reference notes about previous conversations and you will get an apology about issues, but they will NOT fix them in a timely fashion, if at all. I have had raffle wins supposedly shipped and never received. It took months to receive a refund. My latest issue is there are “No Delivery Methods Found” for United States shipping. If you don’t want to ship to the USA, just say that and I won’t waste my time. This has been a problem for weeks now and I can’t enter any raffles because of it. Previously, I have won raffles at about a ~5% rate. That is now 0% because I can’t even enter now. Please fix this issue so I can have a chance to win.
